Booking for D'Kristal only conducted 2 months ago (Dec 17). I think Setia is trying sort out the SPA stuff first before starting the construction. Only 2 blocks 670 units, Setia can gao dim the construction pretty fast...

I mean wouldn’t the RSK lower the surrounding property value? High end mall + service apartments just next to RSK seems very odd to me...

Ecoworld seems to have planned their development much better with clear separation for high end and Low end homes

Personally for me as an investor, I would concern more if high-end service apartment is appropriate product in Semenyih area as compare to a RSK nearby.

If you would just come in now to Semenyih solely as investor, I would suggest you to look for other place. It is too much competition you need to face with those investors that come in before 2015, unless you don't mind to hold longer. This place is good for those look for own stay currently since development pick up at a very fast pace now and entry price still affordable.

Instead of building high end apartment, I will more prefer SP Setia to reserve this piece of land for future Ecohill Walk Mall expansion or using it as convention center..High End Apartment is not suit for Semenyih area at this moment.
