Plan to buy my dad an Android box within RM200 and below budget. My dad wants to watch youtube on TV and the box will tether to his handphone for internet connection. Any model or suggestion to look at?

I try to install Hypptv everywhere from Google play to my Himedia Q10. But i can't install it. It say Incompatible device. What is wrong btw?
