If the device is RM350, paying RM50 for sending back to repair after 7 days is like paying ~15% of device price.
There is only a free shipping reimbursement for first 7 days if it does not work. After that, no reimbursement fee.
After 7 days to until 45 days, you will have to pay eg RM50 to send back for refund or item exchange.
So mostly I guess you all take the chances?
How often if a unit breaks down?
It is almost the same if the price of the unit is selling RM100 more (eg. RM450) locally here with 3 months warranty on 1-1 exchange (some seller provide).
You will fork out RM100 for the warranty of another 45 days.
