I am not sure but I never use before google tv or chromecast.

Because I need to install sideload apk for other apps example youtube extended ,  Kodi and other free video apps.Even may need dev mode ,  install firefox to watch some video and do a video search within a channel on youtube.

Yeh , mostly for video only , even 1080p is enough.
Rm150 is fine since not using it to do anything above but I need usb port to play video from 2.5 HDD.

You bought it ? can give some review ? those review on youtube all from US , didn't mention allow side load apps.

1.Still ok with cheap chinese boxes running android as long as can install few more apps sideload.Basically , 16GB and 2GB ram minimum , youtube when open runs at 200-400mb ram.2GB only can open 1 apps at a time.

2.Prefer youtube extended but no matter which apps cannot win again browse which have a search feature function.Some channel having over few K video.Finding an episode would be hard when some youtube never put into playlist.

3.The browser i prefer is firefox as it can install addon and ads blocking.
Firefox takes up to 500mb so 2GB really not enough.I am always connected to a mouse that is why I hope for 2 usb port , 1 mouse , 2 for pendrive.
usb2 is enough as it's just for mouse and pendrive reading to sideload apps.

4.I can't find the pro new model version on laz or shope , can you help me to check ? or any other chinese android box with the price rm150 ? Last box bought in Dec 2021 so no idea now.

? 9 boxes ? you are selling ? but will it be enough 8GB only.Running android ver ? Not selling. Old boxes mainly running ver 7. Some on 8 & 9 Flashed, Note: Alternative OS mainly based on "Xiaomi" modded by many programmers.

Xiaomi mi box cannot install certain app last time as it crash , maybe because of processor not compatible.Not sure now.

Youtube I prefer Extended version.VLC is default player as it support most codes.
I need a browser which can watch without an issue , most apps are build with ads inside and can't be remove and even remove it'll just stay blank.

Any suggestion similar to onn tvbox ? Understand Xiaomi TV Box S 2nd Gen is also quite good. Price higher than ONN. Onn is under Walmart but manufacturer is the Taiwan ASUSTEK or the well-known Asus. Wifi can reach above 200Mbps

Damn I didn't realise the Mi Box S is so far down in performance compared to it's peers. Are the TV boxes above similarly priced to the Mi Box S? I'm looking at capability of Netflix 4k, iQiyi 4k, Youtube 4k, TVB Anywhere+ (don't think this streaming service does 4k yet).

Since the Mi Box S (2nd Gen) is the only one officially available here (warranty), I'll probably go for that option. It's about RM200+ on Shopee/Lazada, with vouchers can probably get lower. I'm guessing running Netflix 4k, iQiyi 4k, and TVB Anywhere+ shouldn't be an issue on the Mi Box S. However, I'm also interested in ad-free Youtube and streaming live Badminton matches. You mentioned in the previous page regarding SlimBox OS? Does that work with the Mi Box S?

Just to check, this Opera VPN can be installed on Android/Google TV, and then using Youtube through it to watch live BWF matches?
