From my experience, the airmouse is absolutely necessary, because it simulates touching the screen and for sure, you'll run into media apps that requires screen taps and scrolling. Of course, if you already have a normal usb keyboard and mouse, and don't mind using them for the box, then you can save some money by not buying the airmouse or similar media remotes. Since you are considering the Neo U9-H, as a longterm owner of the Neo A2 Lite Airmouse, I strongly recommend that you get the bundle package that ships with the Minix Neo A3 Airmouse. It makes usage so much easier.

I need 4K HDR and Dolby Vision in future but I no need DTS. I am very important in visual things but not in sound. Sound never is my concern. As long as it is clear especially the dialog and not high pitch with some base from TV speaker is enough to me. TV speaker sound did not very bad actually in TV this days.

Frank speak it is not that big different those compress digital format by  Netflix and Apple vs blu-ray because I re-buy for some where I already have Blu-ray. You can check review also where the differences is very minimum.

So far I only know 4 TV Box support 4K in Netflix.

Your TV support HDR10 standard and also nobody use yet HLG standard which design for broadcasting.

All TV support HDR will have minimum support of HDR10 standard.

Another HDR standard is Dolby Vision but mainly only LG high-end TV support it and also some Sony high-end model. As for content currently only some Netflix show, some Movies iTunes and also some 4K Blu-ray title support it. But no worried on this because all Dolby Vision title will play under HDR10 if detect no Dolby Vision device. Not much manufacture provide Dolby Vision standard even though it is the best looking HDR standard because it is not like HDR10 which is royalty free.

They is another new standard call HDR10+ which only announcement in year 2017 and some not yet release TV is support it but not in market selling yet. It is enhancement from HDR10 by adding in dynamic metadata to better produce brightness frame by frame or scenes by scenes, this enhancement release is to compete similar method did by Dolby Vision.
