You can try the Beelink devices.. However, RM300 price range and good support/guaranteed updates to Android 7 do not match.. Firmware development costs money and for a manufacturer to sell at less than $70 for a device.. There really isn't any profit margin left to run a decent dev team. Double your budget and support significantly increases. Major reason why most of us spend more.  smile.gif

Thanks bro. Good explanation.

The Neo U9-H is a decent device... No doubt.. IMO as a Neo U1 user, so far it isn't a significant upgrade for my needs (which is still 1080p content). For future proofing, I'd still recommend it over the Neo U1 and that makes it a good buy. Price is friendly too... See this post for a better price, but longer delivery time..

u gotta spill it all out... becos that is most impt.

.. android box for old folks - is a big NO-NO.

becos YOU need to keep maintaining the apps and firmware updates and keep teaching them how and where to click, click, cilck.

it's totally not pushing buttons in axtro remote.

many people think they can get a box and dump axtro as replacement - wrong, wrong, wrong!
speed - what speed u have?

Yep , when i first came across I though it'd be easier for elder to get use of android box but it's hard for them to get use to it.
All apps are independently and need to remember and click etc .

Been awhile I post around, comes to android box , which android box working with atog ? currently as I know they change the apps and non of the box working.Besides , android N is on the way where I still stuck at KK.
I saw some mention on Beelink devices , does it work on atog and kodi latest version ?

if by win10, u mean pc windows, i wud say a dedicated android box will be a lot easier to handle.

dns... it should not be such a problem... any device, once it is set, it does not change.

unless u use some exotic ones that die off quickly.

tough for older people unless they are into heavy use of devices.

possible they get to use 1 or 2 reliable apps like netflix and youtube.

those that need frequent updates, deep navigation... tough...

Thanks... this is very good price !!!

Usually 3/16 around 300...3/32 around 350....exception of docooler brand...

Now just need a brave soul to get it first biggrin.gif

Edit : this either promo or pricing mistake... seller's 2/16 is already at 250... Google found mostly 2/16GB and 2/8GB...

in my experience, the best overall is to use static ip with google dns.

good enough, i get enough of what i want, whether china or europe or north america.

dns alone does not count for everything; a lot has to do with the actual app, the actual provider, the country.

some years ago, a simple "unique" dns can get u thru many things.

just like it used to be easy to get netflix USA.

no more as the providers, authorities now have better means to geoblock.

use of free vpn like hola may help, depending on what u r trying to access.

use of those so call "china tunnels" is of little use.

yes their developer test on phone only. mean they not test using box. so it depend on box chipset. if your box having same chipset with high possibility working. for example my old minix x8-h with kitkat work like charm with AOTG

Yes! I posted a upload file earlier. It works with both android phone and IOS device.

For those that are interested. It's a freeware.

There are 2 apk files you need to install. One install to the Android TV BOX (tv client), another to your smart devices.
