Any Minix Neo U1 user here can tell me what Netflix version you are using?
I have done factory reset on the box and tried install a few different 5.X.X versions Netflix from Apkpure but all didn't work

Need a bit help , is an android box consistence 70'c when it's newly bought 1 day , should my friend go exchange or listen to the seller put a fan ?

WIthout any apps install , just run youtube can go as high as 85-90'c Celsius AIDA64 apps test overheat.

He bought a Tnaix TX6 , but now should exchange or just keep it and flash new firmware ? but there is no firmware update for it and the firmware looks like custom made with their logo.
Seller that he bought from tvbox 2u at shope and laz.The seller ask to put fan but it's unusual for freeze and 85'c just on youtube only.

Hi guys. Need some help here. I had mx10pro 6k box and by far its the most garbage box ive ever seen. Keeps bricking. Very irritating. I just throwed it out of the window.

Im not a 4k fan or some higher quality fancy fan. I just need something thats smooth, affordable, plays netflix, youtube and Ny format on usb drive. 1080p is fine for me. Not really interested in surround sound either as i only watch it on tv. Any good reliable affordable box that anyone can recommend? Something doesnt fail fast.

Can I seek some advice as to what I should do. I got a Mi Box S, but updated the firmware from 8 to 9 recently. That effectively loss the ability to passthrough audio info for DTS HD, ATmos etc..

It takes a bit of a work to downgrade the firmware. I will need some help to do so if possible.

But Is it better for me to just get another TV box? Here's my requirement:

1. Kodi that passthrough full audio for Atmos, or anything that the file comes with.
2. Usual android TV services eg youtube, youtube music, I am not Yet into netflix or Iqiyi etc.
3. 4K capable, ideally for netflix etc as well just in case.

Thats about it.

For Mecool KM2, noticed that seller has 2 options. With apps or without. Do i need to pay extra for apps? The box doesnt have any apps installed if i dont pay?

You can try TOX1. It matches all your requirement. I'm using it. Only thing is it is running on Android 9 but the manufacturer still giving updates on the firmware, the last one being in Nov 2021

i ordered mi box s, lets see how it goes 

I have both Mi Box S and Onn from Walmart.
In fact, I have bought 9 boxes through the years.

Onn with the 12nm Amlogic S905Y2 is very good and IMO better than the Xiaomi S905X Mi Box.

Return the box and get refund. Go buy official Google certified boxes eg mibox, tivo, mecool km2 etc

Official certified Google box ain't expensive these days...

KM7 have 4gb memory and 64gb rom, is that a better choice than KM2?

techxreviews stated that Mecool KM7 is not a certified Android TV Box, don’t get access to full Google Play Store. Is it to say KM7 unable to download and watch the free unifi streaming apps like iQiyi, BBC Player, Lionsgate, unifi PlayTV for Ultimate package subscriber?
