my KM8pro android box came rooted out of the box....


hypptv everywhere not working on all channel... error 111 bla bla bla....while worked perfectly on my phone... not yet tried disable LAN and use wifi....


meanwhile my phone can run hypptv everywhere perfectly, just cannot run aotg due to rooted device....



but GOOD NEWS is KM8pro is fast and highly capable device.....tested default kodi that were preloaded...all link dead...uninstall the beta kodi....then install official kodi 17 krypton from playstore...voila...install all the needed add-on....works like a charm....

just i need to think of an active cooling/fan system.... especially when devices all put together nearby each other....
tm stb, modem, astro, android box bla bla bla......



next step will bring back those 4k vids and high bitrate 3d rendering movie from office to test at home....

will be helpful for TS to incorporate any new box into page 1 for new buyers.

i would think the basics would be:

.. netflix (hd or non-hd)
.. youtube (1080p or 720p)

then the more advanced features:
.. 4k, hevc, 10bit, various fps
.. dd/dts, hd audio
.. wifi performance, LAN wifi streaming
.. firmware updates availability

Last time i tried this way to unroot my box but aotg still not working. Just a heads up to anyone who want to try this way just for aotg..it might not work.

Btw..one of the criteria for aotg app for detecting rooted device is "test-key" keyword in firmware. Even after full unroot this thing will still be there.

you unroot using supersu, to remove some binary that block by aotg channel. But you still need to use aotg (mode for rooted) and it work nicely with all the channel can be watch.

Tried it with my device and few other user confirm it. But not all rooted device can use this full unroot i thing.. got some error relating to no binary install or something like that..

I'm still thinking if it worth the risk for me to unroot my box.
I really itchy hands to try out.

Anyway, I can only do it when I go back Malaysia as I cannot use AOTG in overseas since it only accepts Malaysia IP address.

hi guy, my M8S passed away, cannot aswitch on, anyone how to reset it? or should i be looking into a new box? i have beelink mini mxIII or sunvell t95Z, any advise? i am using it to view movie mostly, no gaming.
