Well think this is statement are so untrue... There are plenty of free but depends whether one likes it or not ie Haystack Pluto.tv are some which are very very stable high definition plenty of content. Their stream quality beats the crap out of even paid iptv you mentioned which are 720p and below

I've this and it is very reliable little or no buffering though 720p only

I think most of the time is the server of the content provider or iptv provider that's lagging or overload nuttin doing with your box

You using Google dns on your router? BTW...
