I want to get a new DSi, but don't know where to start. Did my research on the functions, homebrew, etc, but still a bit lost.

My questions:
1) Where can I get a new dsi, with a Cyclods/r4/acekard?
2) How much will it cost?
3) Where & how much can I get ori games?
