Isn't the Nintendo distributer in NZ already gulung tikar because of parallel imports from Australia? Anyway 199 NZD is a pretty good price if you ask me.

I used to have one back then. It was abused so much till I had to fix my ON/OFF switch with superglue. It broke due to those 4-in-1 games, which you had to switch it on and off just to switch to the other game. Finally during a Streets of Rage 3 session the adapter finally gave out and sizzled.

The best games were the SOR and Sonic series, many happy memories biggrin.gif

anyone tried the 3rd party replacement batteries from PA?

Are those stable or not? scared my ds exploding while charging tongue.gif

my DS only can last about 2 hours or less of gaming even with muted volume, after a full charge

and usually I left it to charge overnight tongue.gif
maybe that's what damaged my battery

WiFi Connection? As in Nintendo WFC? Easy, get a game with Nintendo WFC connectivity, its not difficult to spot as they have a blue logo on the cover. Inside, there's usually a huge a$$ manual ..actually its just a Nintendo WFC booklet that has instructions to get you on your way.

You'll of course need a free hotspot created by a compatible access point or wireless router. Cheers. smile.gif

If you have a flashcart, you can surf the Internet without buying the browser with alternatives such as DSOrganise or Bunjalloo. You don't see much images due to hardware limitations without the memory expansion pack, but it still works nevertheless.

Hey guys just wandering, hows DS popularity in Malaysia?
I plan to get one because FFIV was remade in DS.
It was my favourite game in SNES, and I'm sure they gonna remake FF5 and 6 like this too.

Everywhere I go I only see PSP in Malaysia. Is it because DS doesn't have piracy to get the games?

I just bought my NDSL coming with N5 flash cart...
However, I heard that N5 is full of negative comments such as SD corrupt, brick DS and so on.
Is there anyone here using N5 and how do u feel like ?

It would be advisable to get a reputable flash cart such as the DSTT, CycloDS and Acekard series to name a few.

If you guys want to talk about flashkarts, please do so at the flashkart thread : http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/234561

This thread on the other hand happens to have the list of nintendo DS owners and their original games on the first page. So KEEP THIS THREAD CLEAN.
