Sadly in most cases they are much more expensive than PSP games.. something I'm very unhappy about

Could be.. but even some US launch AAA titles also placed at $39.90 vs NDS at $44.90 in PA.

I don't get the NDSi/LL region lock thing. So playing the same on NDS/NDSL from different region is ok but not on NDSi/LL? I just received an e-mail from PA stating Pokemon Black/White is region locked on NDSi/LL, which confuses me

If you can wait then wait, if you can't then don't. Being impulsive can be rewarding sometimes as you can finally play games you have been longing for, but patience can be financially rewarding. In conclusion, do you really want it now or can wait until later?
