hi guys.. my rig is around 2 years plus. just now it automatically BSoD then i cannot start it anymore, while i press the power on button, can hear fan start to spin but in 2 seconds the fan stopped.
PSU failure? please help

Spec?
Can u identify which fan spun for 2 seconds? The psu fan? Cpu fan?

If it have been running fine, and only now get BSoD, your PSU is not a problem -- because your power is still up and running.

Try to reset your motherboard BIOS by remove the CMOS battery for at least 5min

Same as mine xeon e3 1230v3 rig, mine seasonic gold 500watts same behavior as yours, boot 2 seconds and PC died, I switch to my old corsair HX750, then the pc became live and work normal until now. Try another power supply and see can boot normally or not, if work, try for 1 week and the PC work properly, you can throw the faulty PSU into the river! thumbup.gif
