Are the changes huge if you replaced 185/60/R15 with 195/55/R15 tyres in terms of overall look & handling?

Huge of course not. But you theoretically will feel better grip, harder/stiffer ride, higer FC.

Theoretically maybe higher FC but in real practical terms IMHO not significant or not noticeable. You should note that despite it being 1 cm wider, it's also about 7mm smaller in diameter. The higher FC will be more due to going for higher performance/more grippy tires instead, and even so not really noticeable.

Your FC will be affected slightly but not really a huge deal.

Better handling, comfort drop a bit a bit only

But 1955515 will noisy ride.
FC not important, because very slight. I still can get my 14km/L. Or if a lot short trip 12km/L.

I changed that and the look is lower and handling us better. Comfort suffer a bit! Regret should have go for 195/50/15

195/50/15 is too small in diameter compared to 185/60/15 and the ride comfort will start to feel harsh as the sidewall drops below 10cm height. So IMHO not recommended, 195/55/15 is surely better.

Noise depends more on the type/model of tires, not as much due to size.

You will get better handling, and perhaps looks too depending on who is looking. Do note that your car will be lower than original (hardly noticeable) because overall diameter is smaller and your actual speed will be lower than your speedo. At 70 kmh on speedo, you're actually doing 69.13 .. which is good because you can be doing 110 and you're actually only doing 108 kmh (the higher the speed, the higher the margin)
