pure honey will light on fire

most so called honey mixed with fruit juice wont light on fire, yea inside got honey but very little percentage only.

this reminds me of semi synthetic engine oil that mixed with mineral even 1% also can be called semi.

if they mentioned pure 100% original honey, then u can sue them.

Only crystallize when its put in the fridge.

Under room temperature it'll not crystallize.

a beehive farmer on TV..he said some real honey crystalize because it comes from countries with cold weather..when cold, no flowers for the bees.., so the farmer prepares some sugar syrup dish near the hive so the bees can feed on...this causes the honey harvested in winter of high sugar and low quality...and this is why some real honey crystalize in frig...

Real honey contains active enzymes, proteins and amino acids which are responsible for the production of these fine air bubbles. In pasteurized honey, the live enzymes are weakened or destroyed by heat

I assure you both brands are fake honey; here is simple way to catch:
1-  if seller does not allow you to test sample(or sealed in fancy bottles)..be sure it is fake....
2- Even if sealed in bottle...just shake bottle...if it is not heavy, like light syrup = fake...also if you see any fog/foam/bubbles form on top = fake
3- if they let you test...any of these simple ways to check:
A- real honey MUST smell like a bee hive
B- if no smell, or smells like sour/or acid/or venegar = Fake
C- Take a drop of honey with cotton earbud or toothpick and burn it with a lighter...real honey burns quickly and smells like burning hair...fake honey delay to burn.
plz use this info and share...BTW:that kampung honey they sell on highway rehat...all very thin & smells like venegar & totally fake...

any questions plz?

i think Majalah 3 debunk most of the methods...the chemist tested all the methods and cant differentiate much, said it is hard to test real or fake honey unless do lab test to check for enzyme in the honey...
