I know F40fd is better cause support cheaper SD card but it's only available in Japan now...

But can support cheaper SD Card & faster speed & more thin in design.

Not going to buy F40fd cause still new & price is expensive. Almost USD299. Not worth it...

Still prefer F31fd. Hehe

the new z5fd seems like not too bad, cheaper than f31fd but have smaller sensor size.

still considering whether to buy f31fd, s6500fd, s9600fd or straight to Canon EOS350D lol

if you put the eos into consideration then straight go for it. no regret
