The only possibility I can think of is through the KLCC underpass exit near the PNB Darby Park. That's the only way you can access the contra flow lane of the Jalan Tun Razak flyover if you come from Lorong Kuda. Till then there's no U-turn until Titiwangsa.

Not sure why people said she came from Lorong Kuda. It's also possible that she could have already entered the contra flow lane from Zouk or Pavilion
