Heard IOS11 do no good to Ip6S plus, which really stopping me from updating it to IOS11. I am currently at IOS9 and still contemplating on if I should update it.

Updated to IOS 11 from IOS10 last 2 weeks ago, so far so good, no any significant impact.

However, just noticed that the notification for Whatapps / WeChat is not active all the time.

For example, first message has received from sender and notification on your phone, after a while there won't be any sound / notification if message come in

You will only know when open Whatapps / WeChat, a buckets of messages is waiting to be read.

I have totally no idea what is going on, is quite annoying.... not sure whether issued with mobile line or IOS or Whatapps App

Anyone encounter this also ??

errr my camera flash doesnt works and every time i switch to front camera , the camera app froze or black screen.

if youre not in a hurry you can wait a lil bit longer. see whether got promotion or not from switch in near future.

Yup still same after restart. Even tried soft reset and clearing ram

I'm having this problem as well. The new messages don't come in automatically. Will need to open the app, then the messages start flooding in. I wrote to WhatsApp and they say the problem is not on their side.. wonder if I'm explaining things correctly to them.

if the problem still showing up, best you could do is perform a full backup on itunes and do a full restore!

Yeah, the Background App Refresh is enabled on my phone. The latest updates for WhatsApp has not stabilised yet I think. For the latest update, the notifications seems to be back to normal but the messages appearing on my chat screen is "cacat".

Prior to IOS 11, disabling Background App Refresh doesn't impact Whatsapp notifications - so there must be something wrong somewhere...
