bubbles/air pockets are either from speck of dusts or improper installation. usually they will go away few days later but if it doesn't, go back to the centre and ask for replacement. most probably cause by some substance which was not cleaned off properly.

If so, you can ask for a replacement and they are bound to do so for you. Otherwise, you just send an email to Machine's HQ. They'll attend to it.

Keep the receipt and stuffs but be prepared for them to deny (which is normal anyway).

and plus, tempered glass screen protector no glue i believe, it's just a layer of static plastic that keeps it together. can be removed like those normal TPU protectors. I know because i applied the protectors on my phone many times already.

cause from what you told me, they start to "wayang" saying they don't give replacement already.

I know how they work because previously, my friend works in Machines, Pavilion. their basic is low and they get commission for everything they sell whether it's casing, protectors or what not.

if they sell you the protectors, they get commission and if they help you apply. they also get a small nominal fee but it must be declared to the supervisor there but if anything goes wrong, replacement must be given at the "installer's" own pocket.

so, if they accidentally break the protectors in half, they cannot just say sorry, it's broken so please buy another one.

staffs like my friend refuses to apply the protectors because it's not worth the risk. that's also why if you noticed when you raise issues to them regarding the protectors, they will tell you "oh, wait until dry" cause once they sent you back... you're done for.

this is where they are being funny.

during application, they will tell you to wait for the "glue" to dry and then the "appearance defect" will go away. after waiting for it to be dried, you go back to the store and they tell you "sorry, glue dry already".

clearly a case of not taking responsibility.
