QUOTE(xisan @ Feb 24 2017, 04:19 AM) Screen light warmer than iphone 6S is normal. You just need to adjust yourself in display settings. I'm sorry if this have been discuss before, because the unit I saw display in retail are better than the unit I bought. So I'm wondering my unit are defect/so much warmer than other 7+?

Hi guys, currently I'm using iphone 7+, recently realize that my phone are not as bright as others iphone 7 or 7+. Compare side by side by turning brightness to the max. My phone still looks dimmer. So is this manufacturing problem? Anyone here experience the same issue? Any solution? Tqvm

QUOTE(nickcct @ Mar 16 2017, 07:31 AM) Last time my unit also got this, just claim warranty in any AASP. My case is given a replacement set. My Fren went to aasp in midvalley northpoint & have been told to leave the phone there 7-14days to diagnose the issue. Do u go through all this hassle or direct get replacement? Thanks for your information.

QUOTE(nanamizuki @ Mar 17 2017, 09:37 AM) Just got my 7+ jetblack replaced form mac city 1u. It seems like a new set because the country of the origin of phone is still MY/A (usually it country code will change to alphabet 'Z' for refurbished) and year of production is January 2017. Can't be a refurbished set (finger crossed ) Does your replacement set come with accessories? And also with the black/white box?

QUOTE(lyrilmaki @ Mar 17 2017, 10:36 AM) me too got dirt inside camera, cannot wipe off.. but if i send for replacement, then I will have no phone to use for 2-3 weeks Yup it is, it takes about 7-14days. Paying so much for the phone & also apple advertise is dust resistant😏 If I were u, I'll get a replacement set bcoz we deserve a dust free set especially inside the camera lens area.

QUOTE(nanamizuki @ Mar 17 2017, 11:14 AM) Yeah it comes with the plastic just like a new phone Good to hear that. I think it comes with white box & without accessories is bcoz this new set just for replacement purpose. The most important the phone is brand new condition without faulty functioning😀 Enjoy your phone👍🏻

QUOTE(jumpstat @ Mar 20 2017, 10:08 AM) Bro, is your unit having this kind of issues? If so, mind you post it here. Thanks. Theoretically it could get scratched as it is nude compared to the other areas which would be behind a glass screen protector like most people have. However i would imagine it is unlikely there woud be scratches unless it is dropped or banged in any way (such as riding in the pocket with keys etc). Most of the time it would be dirt from sweat etc.. mine is all around the Lightning port can see the aluminum colour looks so ugly

QUOTE(one81 @ Mar 20 2017, 03:05 PM) so far no color discoloration issues on my device but found 1 very small chipped and it looks quite obvious... i know it just a very small chipped but that's the sign for me to be more careful fyi im using spigen rugged armor but sometimes will use it without case in my office [attachmentid=8615443] Looks like Spigen case not suitable for matte black Sometime small chipped on matte black colour looks very obvious Got to be very careful with the phone sometimes so boring like baby sit the phone

QUOTE(jumpstat @ Mar 21 2017, 03:52 PM) Ayoooo.... I cannot imagine the aluminium peeking out from the charging area. Is it maybe due to scraping from the lightning port? Whatever it is, imho it is not acceptable for the price we pay for the device. What did apple say abut this issue bro? It say cosmetic damage does not cover under warranty. So cannot do anything about it😒
