So boring compared to s8+.
And the rear vertical cameras look so weird.

They still trying to solve an issue removing the home button to scan fingerprint directly through the screen. See how.

Let's just hope the red tint screen issue doesn't impact ip8 as Apple is getting oled from Sammy also.

Don't expect good 2nd hand value ya, especially near ip8 launch date.

Wouldn't it be perfect if we can JB iOS into s8??

The guy in the video is purely an Apple fanboy.
The first point is false. This time Samsung do ask u if u wanna install Samsung apps during first setup.

The point of the updates have been there between android and iOS since day 1. Not a good reason specific for s8 mode. It applies to all non vanilla android brands out there.

Exactly what I felt when changing to Sammy for 3 years. iOS is too steady and bored. It just works. As human, we tend to complain when everything is ok. Want more excitement. Then we changed. After with Sammy for 3 years, complain kao kao. Cannot tahan then change back.
That is the cycle of life. But it's good. U get to experience best of both worlds. And it will help u appreciate more of what u already had.
Go ahead and change. Don't be an isheep. Life is about adventure. It's the journey that counts.

Went molest s8 in shop a few times.
1) Excellent hardware design! Sexy.
2) Still can't get pass the non-vanilla android. So unresponsive if compared to iOS. Pls Samsung jut put in android without modification if possible.
3) The fingerprint sensor, oh my. Which designer decided to put it so small beside the camera, should be shot.
4) feels very fragile. If drop, even the back glass will crack. Just YouTube to see. Need good casing and front protector. Then all the sexiness of the design gone.

Huh u have issue cannot update apps if screen off? No such issue here.
No other ppl complain about smoothness bcoz they are so long with android, used to the non responsiveness already. U fresh from ios go android, of course feel significant difference. Same as me when molesting demo unit.

U can go to the thread read for urself. Not good.
Android not famous for battery optimization.
Furthermore the battery capacity has shrinked in s8

As long as thy don't move the fingerprint sensor to the back. It's so dumb idea. Will cause ergonomic issue to the hand/wrist. I rather they remove the feature totally than put at the back.

Hey at least the face scans work ok? Last time their feature of scrolling the screen using eye movement, got my eyeball all tired ok?

How can u be bored with android for so much flexibility to customize? Heck even some settings u set also the phone won't follow instructions.

ios same old boring screen unless u jailbreak.

I won't say fun. It just works and kinda boring bcoz minimal customization allowed unless JB. But it works for me.
Now u go s8 thread see, all talking about battery drain and applications not obeying settings.
Those are the things I wanna avoid. Feel like a slave for the phone to keep disabling backend services to save battery. while phone should be out slaves and just works as we have set it.

Yup no perfect phones out there. Just as near to one as possible.
Now give me s8 body and iOS. That is what I will call perfect.
