If already more than 1 month, chances to get back the number is quite hard

Don't think it's possible to get your old number back since it expired more than 1 month ago.
But you can try call telco...

On a case-to-case basic, the telcos may consider trying to trace the number if it's still not taken up.

In this case, TS has already port the Digi number to TuneTalk and now that it's terminated, it's gone back to Digi. Slim chance, but I'd say no harm trying and be prepared even to have it activated as a Digi Postpaid account.

Maxis did not give further justification just mentioned that it's not commercial registration anymore. I believed the number is still not registered since it's still not in service.

Don't know what "not commercial registration" mean, but I personally feel they don't have an obligation to "justify" the reason for rejection.

To be willing/able to reactivate a number that's already terminated IMO is more of a "customer service" rather than an obligation, since the telcos have already given us a grace period after the line expires. smile.gif
