Here is the information I get from Tropicana Medical Center in July'2017:

NORMAL DELIVERY - RM 4,000 – RM 6,000

- Normal Room ( 4 bedded) 3 days 2 nights stay
- Excluding Epidural

CAESAREAN SECTION - RM 9,000 – RM 12,000
- Operation Theatre ( OT)
- Dr Fees
- Normal Room ( 4 bedded) 3 days 2 nights stay

Note:
a) The above estimate is not inclusive of epidural (will cost an additional of about RM1,000 to RM2,500)
b) Excluding medical expenses incurred for each baby which will be between RM1,200 to RM2,500. Vaccination at birth will be given to baby on recommendation by pediatrician before discharging the baby.
c) The amount provided above is a lump sum cost estimate for birth delivery with no complications. Fee will be charged as per service provided and per item/medication used during the delivery and stay in the Hospital.
