No complaints with Doctors from Tropicana Medical Center.

Was using AIA Insurance claims a pain as usual.- Terrible 24 hours service.
Adding with Poor Management Knowledge from TMC, ends up me paying some 20% amount.

Had to get involved while working with both AIA and TMC while patient waiting to go back.
7 hours late manage get patient discharge.
Kalau kamu sabar, bayar je. Im not.

Suggest to have a dedicated family member to work with TMC ensuring all fully covered.
Hopefully, i dont have to visit again - Too much hassle.
