Not really visible to me as the FPS might differ between 15% performance but other than that quite close if I'm not wrong. The best out of G series is G4620 and it is 2 cores out of the usual 4 cores. And as you know, new product tend to have a newer lifespan so it's a good bargain.

Will G4620 enter our market soon?

For the price, the pentium is good and nothing to complain bcoz you pay peanuts you get monkey. Fair enough. But i5 definitely have a clear advantage against the Pentium. The more powerful your GPU, the more difference it will show

One of the best seriously! It saves your cost for a stronger GPU to enforce your gaming rig. thumbsup.gif

I guess that's explains the higher cost of getting the i5, but isn't gaming performance relies mostly on the GPU Side?  confused.gif

Yeah, GPU side usually but sometimes these i5 series thingy or i7 are mainly for multi-tasking. Maybe we can see slowdown if we use G series to do a lot of stuffs at one go.

Lelong.my got but I think retailers are smart on getting G4400 to G4560 for better selling margin.

For the time being, the pentium g4560 is the budget king. This generation pentium has hyper thread just like i3. I3 advantage only abit more L3 cache which is not very noticible in performance. Next step is i5 which double the core count. Can skip i3 totally.

I believed that loading speed would be something for video streaming and graphic design but G4560 should be enough to partake on those roles too.

The Ryzen that's coming will be Ryzen 7 before 5 and 3 on Q2 2017 and the later end of 2017. So on the meantime, time to do more savings! Recommended around 9xx to 12xx for all the series below Ryzen 5.

Shoot... If they gonna launch Ryzen 3 end of 2017, the intel 8th gen should have launch by then. Another competition arise and better choices for consumer. Its just a matter of PATIENT! bangwall.gif

Yes, that's the news I had. Don't be surprised by the hype though cause the 3 and 5 series is on the Q2 2017 but only the 7 is out for release. cool2.gif

Well.....news of planned price "adjustments" by Intel is trickling out. Down by between $15 and $300. Pity those who have adopted KabyLake recently and those late SkyLake bloomers
