Initially heard they going to launch phase 3 at this year.
But based on the timeline, it seems they delayed to somewhere next year.
So they literally skipped 2017 for eco tropics, maybe due to market and sales going down.

i think we bought it at the same period, thats why the price its the same.

Anyway, seems like launching of the phase 3 is not far off since phase 2 was launched almost 1.5 years ago. They are way behind the schedule.

Mostl likely they are managing the pace now. Still got some left over from 1st and 2nd phase, they need another wave of property for these units due to the price point.

Same same, currently they are constructing the Tesco and Senai-Desaru Expressway Intersection.Pengerang RAPID is going to be ready by end of this year also.

Everything so far seems so good for a place which is so far away from JB. icon_idea.gif

Cause the market was saturated by low or mid end buyers. So instead of launching phase 3 & 4, they skip to phase 5 which consist of mostly all the high end stuffs.
