Uncle Wenger wanna play counter atk long ball, so dropped Sanchez for giroud. Sanchez isn't really a striker, could have played him as no.10, but he go put iwobi there instead. Oxlade been good in CM, he revert him back to RW for Xhaka and Coquelin.
