Still you dont answer my question. where would hazard fit in 3-5-2 system.i try to implement 3-5-2 in my fm save game as chelsea manager but i couldnt find a role that suitable to hazard.

Hazard will probably play as a false nine with Costa or behind costa.
usually when we switch midgame from 3-4-3 to 3-5-2, either hazard or pedro will play with costa. or Hazard can play deeper also

false 9. maybe our 352 is actually a 361.

Hazard as second striker

343 is a balance system to cover individual weakness with team effort, it working quite well for us in the moment but I think after Conte bought players in his list, he will change the system... either to 352 or 424 or what so ever~

Yup, right now, 343 suit well with us but since spurs starting to mirror conte 343 tactic, we actually struggled when facing them. Some of their players actually better than us. Thats why we need to implement others tactic. Next season for sure, others team will prepared to face us.

when they prepared to face our 343, who know Conte already prepare something else

also, technically sometimes our 3-4-3 is a 3-4-2-1. sometimes hazard and pedro play more centre behind costa.
all depends on the situation. Conte like to tweak around during the game as well.

We do have an alternate plan, false nine involving Hazard. Although that means we not able to utilize Batshuayi who is the real striker. We certainly can use a few backup plans if Costa got suspended, or Hazard is injured like he is right now...

Ake is a solid replacement for Cahill. He didn't do well when deploy at LWB. Should've let Ake continue with his development at Bournemouth. Our decision to call him disrupt his growth. Bad decision.

Conte basically threw Bournemouth into relegation battle. Their form dipped drastically since their defensive pair disrupted.
