 how ripped can i get?, just started bodybuilding slowly

Very soon you will know that the equipment you have is not enough. Then you will know what to do. It is either you build your home gym or sign up for a gym membership or just go to ghetto gyms.

You want to be bigger then eat more than your TDEE, lift heavier than you can, ie, progress. I don't think we can tell you how big you can get with those equipments because everyone is different. 10kg DB is not enough for my bicep curls now. 20kg barbell is not enough for my warm up. So...

Be specific with your goal. Work towards it with the correct way.

Caloric deficit is necessary. But the bold-ed are not necessary at all. Like at all.
