Mobile phone with single stream wifi n 2.4Ghz you cant reach 100Mbps...tested with Galaxy S6, iphone 6 and iphone 7 plus on unifi 100Mbps(Router Archer C2600 ) and Time 300Mbps(Router RT-AC68U and Archer C2600). Both Unifi and Time only can get 80++Mbps sometime 90++Mbps on 2.4Ghz. But on AC 5Ghz easily to get 300Mbps.During the testing, I was the only user in the apartment.
