anyone buy The Clove by Gamuda?

33 unit out of 242 already sold..i also bought one..

yes advertise as 1.2 to 1.4 ... i bought myself for 9xxK with ( Bumi discount + 12% rebate )only..type A Special Unit

On February they have 12% rebate
March now 9% rebate only..

Type A varies price imho..out of 33 unit sold ..most of it is type a..some start from 1mil and 9xxK..
mine , share with only 4 unit..and our garden is bigger + not facing other unit..
while some type A n B only sharing thiers ..means only 2 unit sharing the garden...but the price really high..
