Yes, I do agree with you especially for Gamuda project. Some of the Gamuda project does offer from 1%-3% referral. Please purchase directly with in-house Gamuda agent quoted with GL friend member (If you do not have one, just pm I can be your referral smile.gif ). Gamuda house not cheap so this extra cash can better put into use for various purposes e.g: furniture, electrical appliances, renovation, MOT...etc.

That one still too early to judge as most of the house owners are mainly purchase for own stay instead of investment except for Mayabay. What I am more concern about the businesses hopefully won't operate and sell with tourist price ended up local residents will have to go other places for their basic necessities.

The shop lots will most likely compliment the Airbnb business operate at MayaBay which mostly will be stay by tourists I guess.

The key word in the article is 15-20 years to achieve that amount of population. So to me the main driver of revenue for this commercial will be the SplashMania & eco-tourism.

it all depends how strict the JMB, I noticed some guard just allowed food riders to in and out the condo without verification sometime when this become a norm or best can sell at the road side too.
