All the development seems to be creeping south. Canal city and now Gamuda Cove.

Last time everyone say Cyberseebehfar, now they use Cyber West. With WCE and Elite highway, very good potential.

Same here. The only selling point at that price is because its by Gamuda. You have faith that they will stick to their masterplan and it will turn out to be another KK. You'll have to wait a long long long time though.

To me the location is not really sankala. Next to Elite highway, near to Cyber. At least can see civilization. If sankala will be like Kuala Selangor, Lembah Beringin.

However, at that price, at this juncture of the project, not worth it at all.
