From my knowledge, type C corner unit still got 11 units. End lot unit still got 5.

Because I only ask SA about corner lot and end lot. For intermediate unit you have to check with SA.

I would agree both of you regarding to the exit points at Rimbayu.

Rimbayu has one added advantage is, it is a rather mature township that attached into a developed mature KK township.

But nowadays most important element we all looking into will be flood prone areas, so far all the new township has retention ponds or in a high enough ground.

For cove, hopefully the linked bridge to Cyberjaya can be complete soon. Otherwise, need at least 10 years for the cove to be more vibrant.
