Gamuda Cove is free from flood for next 100 years declared under index green

Can trust one ah?

regarding the flood, if not remember wrg, the lake in the central park is used as flood water retention.

That ia what im being told lor. A neighbouring taman that i stay also got lake as water retentition and very time the lake unable to take the volume of rain, his house will flood first.

Currently live in indvidual title where soms of the resident don't have discipline. Park everywhere. Road become narrow. Noise. Back alley smelly, etc.

Hope can provide better living for my family.

On the Rimbayu, i believe the minus point for me is that, it doesn't have any dedicated exit from highways. Also the area itself is bottleneck.

Other points is accurate.

The major plus point for this area is no flood issue and to get to KL is easy via MEX. Also once the internal road to Cyber is open, it will be a breeze. 😁

Weekend, no need to go out, just enjoy the township via foot or electric scooter. 😅

Rimbayu has one added advantage is, it is a rather mature township that attached into a developed mature KK township.

But nowadays most important element we all looking into will be flood prone areas, so far all the new township has retention ponds or in a high enough ground.

For cove, hopefully the linked bridge to Cyberjaya can be complete soon. Otherwise, need at least 10 years for the cove to be more vibrant.

Even without the 'inner road' to rimbayu, one can just oay the toll and goes to BSP, Rimbayu and KK to do groceries. 😁

The only way i see the inner road open is IJM want to reduce the traffic jam and have another alternative for the residence at that area.
