I checked out 2 of the places you mentioned, Mori Pines & Anisa. Both of these have almost same price. I ended up taking Anisa due to freehold. I liked the idea of nature park in Cove, but even Maybank do not want to finance houses there, for some reasons ( if u want Maybank as your financier, u should keep this in mind).

There's another leasehold property called Daun Villa at Cybersouth. They got terrace houses there also, price range like Mori/Anisa. Completion 2027.

Location wise, for me Serenia is not that far from Cyberjaya. I'm currently commuting Ampang-Cyberjaya on my workdays, so moving to Anisa a couple of years from now is a huge time saver for me.
