the house- built up look really small- around 2200 sqft? It looks more mid size condo than landed.

Btw
been following Design Seeds for sometime- almost all of their project is extravagant > until this Mio Spring episode.
it feel really "meh". Perhaps the developer dont want it to be over the top.

Still- this japense/Muji concept is too basic, and not too comfy too.

The area was prone to bush/peat fire last time, that was during hot season and i recall the road to KLIA regularly have fire engine.

I suppose with the area being developed, this issue no longer a concern ba.

generally it is a well planed township, balance with green and recreation. Good for young family.

but still- always plague is the distant...... how to go to work leh.
where is the nearest college, how to invite friends over leh, travel back to parents/in-law house also > 30 mins.

in short- it will be a brand new life style. No choice i guess, unless want to stay in condo in city center.

the ppl that bought house in nilai and work in KL, those are even in a greater distance.
i work in KL but since my work is quite flexible, i only needed to enter office 3 days a week and usually go to office around 6am leave at b4 the heavy traffic jam starts at 3pm

distant approx 50km? will take like 1 hr?
well- that is good as your work time is flexible.
just that most of us dont have such privilege- and also you may change job, or get promoted sometime requiring more rigid working hours.
