Hi all, went to visit last weekend and the SA told me that SJKC and SK is already in progress. Is it true?

Whereas SMK, Balai Polis only reserved land and no progress so far. Plus a private hospital is coming in too.

Quite interested with the Mori Pines. Although type A is a lil bit weird for me with the void in the second floor. The built up is also quite small but me as a first time landed buyer it should be suffice.

Yes. They are building SJKC. You can see the construction site from the bridge before entering the toll.

Any project signboard showing that they are building sjkc? I thought it was part of waterlily/camelia

Mio Springs Progess as of March 17th. They are building type C housing, gate house, and the road into mio Springs.

curious why people not keen to move to cyberjaya eventho freehold but choose to buy cove. but rejoice when they build a bridge to connect cyberjaya

Cyberjaya is big and residentials built from different developers.
Gamuda Cove is a totally new township, the master plan is under one single developer and is one of the top developer here in malaysia. Everything in the township is under control by single developer.
