Agree with you. But Gamuda projects are never cheap. Given the further away location and leasehold status, you are still paying a premium. Perhaps this is the trend of the market? You can still buy sub-sale 2 storey terrace at Putra Heights freehold status between 700 to 800k.

Seems like free hold price also not up so much biggrin.gif

I rent terrace house at Putra Height (around Giant Putra Height area) on 2007. The owner wanna let go the house that time and offer me 350k.

I said NO.

Then 7 years later (2014) the price double up to 700k ~ 800k.

I don't know today how much the price. but I believe it will be less than 1M. If can get 700 ~ 800k means the price doesn't move up for 10 years.

i doubt the price will continue to raise, it will reach a time where it will stagnant.
its practically just reach the price of how much the house is paid with interest to the bank.
and location wise is just subject to each person own preference and $$$.

i would have bought cyberjaya landed too if the price were <1mil and new, miss the golden chance few yrs ago when it was just the right price.

i believe it too. House prices will hit a ceiling with the prices becoming stagnant for years until the next property bull run.

Another photo of the Tesla Destination charger and Supercharger at Gamuda Cove.
I guess the location is near Starbuck there.

Btw Destination charger is free of charge. Supercharger you need to pay.

Been to Gamuda Cove Tesla charging station (coming soon) yesterday.
It has total 18 Destination charger (which is free to charge), and 6 superchargers.
Locates next to Starbucks.

Good news for all the Tesla owner Gamuda Cove resident. Even without installing wall charger at home, still can go there to charge your tesla in 1-2 minutes' drive from Palma Sand.

Hi all. I'm considering either Gamuda Cove or 257 at the moment - was quite surprised that the price difference for a typical 4bedroom layout is not that much different.

I was leaning towards Levane but saw some folks raise concerns about the nearby factory/uncertainty over what may come up in the surrounding area. For Cove, I like the idea of an integrated neighbourhood with amenities, although it might take some years before everything is fully ready.

Anyone in the same boat?

Yes. I'm considering 257 before decide to go for Cove 3 years ago.
I manage to get Enso Woods 34x60 less than 900k compare to Ridge House at 257 (26x65) at 1.1m.
Take advantage low price per sqft from new set up township.
Cove set up by Gamuda alone compare to 257 neighborhood IJM, Eco World & Tropicana

Rimbayu .. the houses there selling price like a bit ATAS..
If I were you... I will choose COVE ...

There is ELITE highest next to it... Go to NSE faster and nearer to AIRPORT.. ..

Also... The toll free bridge will soon be done... Connect to Cyberjaya.. go puchong also just 20 mins...

My cousin went through the same and pick 257 for sustainability.

Rimbayu as a whole + BSP are very high dense. So she think it will has little risk for services to thrive in the future and specifically cater to resident. Worst case worst they can piggyback on KK.

Cove is not only smaller in size but 1/3 is non resident. The successfulness greatly depends on its business district and even so, business may orientate towards non resident. Cyber is of no help as itself is half a ghost town and likely to be so in the near future.

That's the reason why Cove is not built for 100% purely residences, it also target tourism so that can bring different peoples in to the township's commercial activities.
As you can see the above posts, Tesla choose Gamuda Cove for the installation of the Super Charges and so many Tesla destination chargers, why they didn't choose to install in the matured township nearby for eg. Bandar Saujana Putra? Gamuda 257, Kota Kemuning?
