At least the dead end road on the cloverleaf interchange will finally be connected. Hopefully the flyover link have 3 lanes for both direction because I can anticipate more traffic after being completed with Cyberjaya/Putrajaya folks may enter Elite via Gamuda Cove interchange as opposed to more far away Putrajaya Link interchange.

Lazy to quote the analysis but honestly it's a pretty good analysis.

Also one more thing to add that GC is located under Kuala Langat district border and thus local council/PBT under MPKL which means the district government offices are located at Banting/Jenjarom side without having viable direct access to GC that would be a hassle to travel just to settle issues under the district (can't articulate well but you get the idea). Yeah MPKL have branch office on BSP but can't guarantee PBT branch office will handle all the issues and may ask you refer to their HQ office which is in Banting.

Masih ramai buyer yang tidak sedar akan adanya 1% referral fees. Ada yang dah sign SPA baru tahu ada referral tapi dah terlambat. Ada yang beli rumah melalui 3rd party agent maka referral fees memang akan dapat pada agent.

Jadi kepada bakal buyer Mio Spring, Enso Woods, Maya Bay yang berhajat untuk memiliki property di Gamuda Cove atau mana2 projek gamuda boleh cari existing buyer (GL Friends member) untuk dijadikan referrer dan anda layak untuk mendapat 1% referral fees from nett price.

Deal lah dengan referrer untuk share the fees daripada burn begitu sahaja dan developer yang akan untung.


P/s: Referral fees is taxable income and will be credited into referrer account upon stage 2(b) disbursement.

Yes, I do agree with you especially for Gamuda project. Some of the Gamuda project does offer from 1%-3% referral. Please purchase directly with in-house Gamuda agent quoted with GL friend member (If you do not have one, just pm I can be your referral smile.gif ). Gamuda house not cheap so this extra cash can better put into use for various purposes e.g: furniture, electrical appliances, renovation, MOT...etc.

I think the handover will be next year, whilst the townhouse also will be ready in mid of 2023.
