Small piece of land 1.3acre and packed with proposed 560units. It is nearer to Jalan tun Razak but further away from MRT station.

If judging on Rica, it should be 700meter plus to MRT2 Sentul West station.
Rica is 220 meter away from that MRT2. And Rica to this new project is 500 meter extra.

Rica to me is more like jalan ipoh than sentul. High density developments all stuck sentul baru side. Thats place no mrt 2 and more sentulamy.

how many minutes walk to mrt 2?

Words on the street might block Rica's KL city view.

Rica is nearer to MRT2 (about 150m-200m). This project is like in the middle of Sentul West MRT and Chow Kit MRT stations.

Rica good investment? I hope so as I'm vested rclxms.gif
