Kaya doesn't mean honest or helpful. I tried to see him once to beg him to help. He refused to see me. Not unexpected but once in awhile you do here stories of bosses stepping in when their contractors screw up or who're man enough to just say sorry. He did neither. Their staff  just gave me the run around and made me see some other guy called mr Chung who was extremely unpleasant and unapologetic.
