1. kereta kemek

2. saman rm300 for causing accident if mat moto report to police for causing accident.

3. maybe help pay hospital fee for mat moto and the GF (if both still alive).

otherwise no injuries (maybe brusing bcos kena punch a bit by mat moto)

but moto:

1. maybe injured, dunno GF, looks bad?

2. suffer disability if injury is bad?

if got license and road tax, then can sue vios, if wanna sue la and can find lawyer who help to sue in return for future cut.

if no license no road tax?     

can't even report to police bocs then you also kantol...

to me moto and pillion rider got it worse wether it's vios fault or not...
