If the vios saw the motor coming in high speed but still turn, vios fault.

But if the vios couldnt see the motor coz its in his blind spot, by law it is still vios fault coz is motor's right lane. But motor have to accept the consequences coz he took the risk by riding at high speed and should know vios could turn in anytime coz already signal so long.
