To be very honest, both are at fault.

Vios doesn't seem to stop at junction turning - wrong.

Motorcyclist speeding up and poor speed gauging/adjustment - wrong also.
What is not really taught in driving schools is, your travelling speed must be within your control, your speed can go as far as you can perform emergency breaking within 3-5 sec @ without you falling. You don't go saying - I travel 80kmph and my destination is straight so I do not need to slow down at all?

However, straight road driving priority can be wrong as it is - possibly Vios driver is already turning in then motorcyclist suddenly speed up because of "right of the way" then without a doubt motorcyclist at fault here. In this video, the driver just drove and turn quickly, it's negligence and inexperience driving.

In the end, I think both licences should be suspended and both forced to retake law testing/ethics on the road. Punching at the driver is wrong as well.

After several times replaying the collision, doesnt look that motor went too fast. How come still can blame motor for speeding, we dont even know the speed limit there right. Its like saying its ok to cruise 110kmph at overtaking lane then.
Perhaps it look fast due to the cars lane were slow, with all looking for parking, whereas the motor path is clear upfront.
Hope all are ok, especially the kid, sampai tercampak tu. The driver nampak macam budak baru dpt lesen je, not surprised with the noobness. Even her mother look more calm after the incident, he look blur.

The motor doesn't even look like breaking at all, like it's my right of way so I don't want to step on the break.

The crash is preventable but imagine if this results in death. I know vios is wrong. However motorcyclist cannot travel too fast and take such risk. He should have step on the break from afar and horn like crazy.

Right of the way & assumption that the other driver will give way to you, can kill.
