The motor doesn't even look like breaking at all, like it's my right of way so I don't want to step on the break.

The crash is preventable but imagine if this results in death. I know vios is wrong. However motorcyclist cannot travel too fast and take such risk. He should have step on the break from afar and horn like crazy.

Right of the way & assumption that the other driver will give way to you, can kill.

I argued hell with police. But that is the law. Coz u going into a new lane. The motorcycle is in his lane. You should stop and give way.

Vios is in total fault. He should able to judge whether he has enough time to turn into another road without needing vehicle from straight way to stop or even slow down for him. Oh wai but most of time ppl dont give a fk and drive/ride like their fathers road.

But the motorcyclist in this case showing no coutesy at all (like most other) and revealed his barbaric behaviour for assaulting the vios guy.
