1. maybe injured, dunno GF, looks bad?

2. suffer disability if injury is bad?

if got license and road tax, then can sue vios, if wanna sue la and can find lawyer who help to sue in return for future cut.

Dah terus terang nampak vios tu salah pon duk nak backup lagi. Usually this kind of people born with silver/gold spoon and never ride a bike before. Lahir2 terus kaya, bawak kereta dari kecik. Maybe basikal pon tak pernah bawak...

The bike is not braking or do not put effort for braking? Wadefak are u guys talking shiat huh? If u see clearly frame by frame, the bike do have effort to brake until the front tire skid. And FYI, some kapchais only use drum brake at their front wheel, so its kinda hard to stop. Furthermore, they dun have ABS and ESC la. So, memang la crash jugak even they braking hard.

Aku tak nafikan yang motor tu bawak agak laju. Tapi bile orang mempersoalkan braking tu, buat aku sedikit triggered. Besides, aku taip panjang2 pon tak guna, sebab kalau dah bangang tu memang bangang...

Vios is in total fault. He should able to judge whether he has enough time to turn into another road without needing vehicle from straight way to stop or even slow down for him. Oh wai but most of time ppl dont give a fk and drive/ride like their fathers road.

But the motorcyclist in this case showing no coutesy at all (like most other) and revealed his barbaric behaviour for assaulting the vios guy.

Vios at fault, even im car driver, i no suppork this type of ppl that drive car, give signal and then direct turn in without looking at the opposite incoming vehicle. He think his signal very big ar? Usually give signal d then stop at junction to see got incoming vehicle or not b4 turn in, bcos opposite vehicle drive in str8 lane, hard to brake all of sudden if turn in.

motor also salah simply punch ppl. Vios driver should sue the motor guy.

Yes I think the moto saw the car last second, the motor panicked and seems not competent to avoid.

Scenario 1, it was a corner road and the motor took a fast corner.
Scenario 2, it was a long road.

I wouldn't say it's the motor fault if it were a corner, but if it were scenario 2, then a different approach needed already.

Agree.. took me some time to realize the vios driver didnt notice motor coming.

i always give sufficient space for bikers to go past, especially during traffic jams

i also see bangang drivers who goes more towards the lines and blocking them from passing

if sometimes i terbangang and blocked, i will try my best to give way

many of them are very glad that i do that, gave me back the hand gesture in return


BUT some riders really bangang one. they felt they are entitlted until ride like bangang on the road

but sad to say, there are more bangang riders on the road than bangang drivers.


there are still good riders and good drivers, but sadly the bangang ones top both types.

Motorcyclist's fault. Very obvious. One should always give way when the other party has signalled for so long and is already slowly crossing.

If the vios saw the motor coming in high speed but still turn, vios fault.

But if the vios couldnt see the motor coz its in his blind spot, by law it is still vios fault coz is motor's right lane. But motor have to accept the consequences coz he took the risk by riding at high speed and should know vios could turn in anytime coz already signal so long.
