Bloody hell the old card don't give me so much stupid issue compare to this new one, latest debit card (master card) can't purchase anything online, store kept asking to make sure "international transaction" is turn on ... but the public bank webpage don't have such thing as "activating" international transaction. Try calling them cannot get trough ....

I'm stuck with a bank card that deny all internet transaction ..... accept getting money out from ATM .....

Who trading pro can help uncle solve this problem?

you need to call them. ask them to authorize international transaction. almost every other bank debit card need to this since 2 years ago

Never encounter such issue. I can do online transaction since day 1.

But may bank you need call them to activate online transaction then go into maybank2u website to activate this and set your limit before it can work

1) call the bank customer service
2) ask them to authorize international transaction
3) set limit on transaction

The hotline no never answer.. i know i tried many times. What worked is to email the cs and leave your phone no. And they'll call you on the same working day

it think all bank debit card is the same. same for my debit card, need to call up and enable for international transaction such as USD and GBP.

i enable it few years ago , recently re- enable again after changed my card to new visapaywave

Yeah. Public bank CS is shit. I called all numbers on PBe but none reachable to a CS

i have a PBE debit card for a long time already
mine is visa electron though
i can tell u, there is no need to activate anything, its ready to do international transaction anytime
the only option they give u at their webpage is set transaction limit per day
