hey. love reading your journal. keep it up!  ever considered of investing on a lifting belt and wrist straps for your deadlifting? i'm deadlifting roughly the same amount as you do and i decided to give in and order them from lazada.  i don't want my lifting to lag behind just because my grip isn't strong.
