May I know your actual progress since the start of your thread and throw us some figures on your progress otherwise your journal is lacking facts.
What is your 2017 Vs current weight, Neck, shoulder, chest, biceps, hip, thighs measurements will give a good yardstick to the effectiveness of your workouts.
Btw, how much proteins you consume on a daily basis.
