Different things.

One is bond with a 1.82% volatility, the other REIT at 8.04% volatility.

Bond for obvious reason has obviously lower return.

U need to ask yourself, if u want stability or return. Can't have both.

If u want return, then between the two REIT seems to be the obvious choice.

Generally, we would advice a more balance portfolio. With a mix between bond and riskier funds

buying both you mean?

That is one way to do it.

Try learning how to use the portfolio simulator

https://www.fundsupermart.com.my/fsmone/fun...folio-simulator

U may use the recommended fund as a starting point

https://www.fundsupermart.com.my/fsmone/res...commended-funds

BTW, u might want to invest some time reading some education material about how to built a balance portfolio and more on UT investment

If all this seems too much for you, maybe Managed Portfolio is more suitable for u

https://www.fundsupermart.com.my/fsm/manage...fo/introduction

Or some other similar type of fund management services like those offered by BH Global for example.
